THE SUSHI MACHINE
Before you turn it on, place the Shari, (vinegared rice) into the top of the machine. Shari-dama are automatically shaped on the turn table. You just need to place the sliced toppings on each shari-dama manually. Here is the finished nigiri-zushi.
THE MAKI-ZUSHI MACHINE
Place the Shari into the top of the machine before turning it on. Place a sheet of Nori (seaweed) on the table. Automatically, the Shari will be spread out on the sheet of nori on the table. If you like, put some Wasabi on the shari. Place the oblong cut Neta on the shari. Let the machine roll ! The layers will be caught in the machine. Then, shape the roll. The machine will press evenly to give the perfect finishing touch to the roll. The maki-zushi is done.
